Cute game. Although the plant upgrades never seemed relevant, and there is no way to spare useful plants.
Took a while, but beat it. Progression was fairly consistent and balance seemed fair. Few times it felt like it was about to slow down, but there was always an upgrade that restored the balance just waiting.
I never did figure out what the crab was for though.
Just Awesome game!
Great progression, satisfying gameplay, beautiful art and sound design. 10/10.
Thank you!
Very fun game! The balance was great, going to new levels was a difficulty spike but never felt like it set you back too far. The upgrades basically all felt meaningful, and every input was responsive and punchy. I also really appreciate how if special blocks are lucky, they have an extra effect, it was a really nice touch. My only issue is this bug I ran into. Ive seen these blocks pop up before, but im still not sure what causes it. This time, they generated inside me. I can move around in here, but cannot escape this prison of blocks lol. Hoping I can recover the items from my grave once oxygen depletes.
Update: Was able to get the stuff back, the grave was hard to see since it was layered behind these blocks but I was still bale to grab it. Also, I JUST found and bought the teleportation upgrade the run after lmao. Would've been nice to have like 2 minutes ago but oh well.
Sorry for this bug! I'm looking into what could be causing this. Good to hear you managed to get your resources back!
Would love to try a windows build
You can get it on Steam! Free demo available there for download. It will have achievements & saving as well
Ah thanks
Excellent game!!
Bravo!
Outside of the performance issues when you're at the final stage of the game, it's all great. Can't find anything bad to point at.
(by performance issues I mean you can move faster than the assets can generate)
Thank you so much I'm very glad you enjoyed it! The web version struggles generating the terrain, should work better as a steam download
